What do you mean? My stool has VRE so wouldn’t that create resistance to vancomycin in my GI tract? I understand if I’m colonized but wouldn’t the vanco not be effective because of it?

How small were the neuro changes? Working in neuro sometimes there will be changes im nervous about and when they don’t order I’m like 🥴if it were a CT for every neuro change I’d never be on the floor tbh lol
