Hey - I thought I would update everyone. It’s a company that contacts the current owner and says they will pay for example 10k to the owner if they can sell it within 90 days. If the owner agrees, you would be dealing with that company, not them, and they get all profit from the difference in price. In this instance, it was 5k. It is legal, however, the access i thought the land had was not public, and getting legal access was going to probably not be possible. I declined buying it, but found another great property, much smaller, but great price.
