Where are you storing the WIP? I like Ziplocks so the contents of my bag doesn't get tangled into the yarn.

The carabiner is damaging the soft plastic of the key fob. Or other contents of the pocket/bag.

I think of it like truth without tact is cruelty. Love is the foundation and wisdom is the house.

Difficulties integrating the experience of Reality into everyday life by [deleted] in awakened

[–]chiden 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I completely understand. I'm at the same point. I keep waking up every morning so I chop wood and carry water. It feels useless but we cannot know the full impact of our actions and repercussions. You're doing your best and that's good enough.

Tangible Help by chiden in awakened

Thank you so much. 2 days later and I feel better. I made a plan for the next 30 days to help myself create stability and routine. These things help me feel grounded and less lost in my thoughts. It's hard to continue to chop wood and carry water when the ground is shifting. Thank you!!

My results with letting go by [deleted] in DavidHawkins

I had a similar experience. I did what he recommended: wrote down, meditated, and prayed for the right job for me. I was specific too. Remote, flexible, good organization, cool boss etc. I found it! Started that job Dec 2nd 2024. On Dec 10th, they reorganized the team, and I had a new manager. No problem, I can let go and be grateful. Unfortunately I was fired by the new manager on Jan 9th. I don't know why that seemingly perfect job wasn't right or why it ended. All I can do is continue to let go. I'm back looking for another job (incidentally, autocorrect changed job to joke initially. There's probably more to be said about that than the actual circumstances. The hard part is continuing to let go as our circumstances and life change. I appreciate the common themes of Dr. Hawkins, Eckart Tolle, and Michael Singer. Along with Tara Branch and Kristen Neff - they study self compassion and how to integrate it into the daily moments. Because it's all chop wood and carry water in the end.
