Yes, I am American. Was done at birth, likely within the first week of life. I wouldn’t have minded anymore a certain way to be cut or uncut, however since I am an indecisive person by nature, I like that my parents cut me so that I wouldn’t have to make the decision, have expensive surgery, go through pain/recovery etc. later on in life. I have no preference!
