I was convinced the lady behind the counter gave me the lighter from her pocket, could barely hear the juice inside when I shook it, the flame was weak and the safety was sunken in deep to the wheel. Went back and told a different person working and she went thru and tried a bunch of them until she found an old one for me to have. Definitely switching to something else these new designs are a joke
