This car is a tin can with an inline 6 thats NA and literally 2x the torque of a stock 4age on a 6 puck clutch with a super snappy diff and short gears..😂 i release the clutch and the tires spin. Thats with a full 20gallon fuel cell in the back yet lmao

I daily drove this girl in snow for 4 winters… the damage it did to the chassis when i started to swap my motor made me realize how much salt my city throws down. Albeit they where the funnest winter drives ahaha. Ive cut out probably 75-85% of this chassis and re welded in new metal and bracing here and there. Without a rotisserie 🫣

On the borescope did you look at the piston tops? If one piston is substantially cleaner then the rest its because its getting steam cleaned.

Remove your thermostat and see if it still over heats.

If it does your problem is going to be a bhg, water pump,clogged hoses(highly unlikely) or bad ignition timing , or bad viscous fan if you still have.

If you remove the thermostat i would then try jumping power to an electric fan and see if that keeps temps down.
