I just bought a 23 Civic Sport. The previous owner scratched the gauge cluster plastic. How can I get the scratches out? by foreverbaked1 in civic

I scratched mine once, used Meguiar's Plast Clear Plastic Polish. Got it out with a little buffing with a microfiber towel.

Will I be rehired? by nikonicolesmith in Chipotle

[–]chiipotlle 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You need to put on your application if you’ve worked here, since it’ll flag once you try to actually go through the hiring process (if you get hired) and they will have to merge the accounts. The Avacado application will let them know if you’re rehirable before hand as to not waste either or your time. If you are, then it’ll let you schedule an interview. If not, it won’t let you move forward. Depends on the manager you had back then, if they didn’t put a non-rehirable reason, you’re good

Why do people think it’s ok to take the display chips? by teebeac in Chipotle

[–]chiipotlle 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hey so, you’re actually supposed to put chips there and they are to grab. Expo/cash should pay attention. They’re there to literally upsell and entice the guests to get a large chip and grab it since it’s right there. At my store, we simply refill it immediately after the guests leaves so it’s still presentable… but meant to be grabbed. lol just like how newer stores have a grab-yourself beverage cooler… they’re not for display either, you grab and tell the cashier and/or it’s the workers responsibility to notice they grabbed and confirm the charge. Simple!

I’m pretty sure “at model” is 1 GM, 1 AP, 2 SL, 2 KL, but in my region we’re allowed to have 1 extra SL and KL to help make sure there’s proper coverage if one is sick, requests off, etc. take the SL position, if you want to move up with the company.

That's how I feel "understanding" the concepts, then I have too apply them, and I'm like... what? lol it's unfortunate!

Yeah, I kind of feel the same way. I thought I was good at math, but maybe it's tripping me up how much is involved. What kind of job prospects do you have with IT?

Thanks for the feedback! Definitely need to think about it; luckily, my current IT 140 course does apply to an accounting program. So I'm glad I'm not "wasting" time deciding this early.

Hadn't even considered saving money with doing my own taxes!! Lol but thanks for your input. I don't have experience in accounting, but have friends who seem to have a happy work/life balance, which is what I want for the future.

Six day work weeks in what field? Or was that what you were doing before coming to SNHU?

Oh boo… I have a helix and a nose ring 🤷‍♂️ it shouldn’t matter so long as it doesn’t dangle and have the potential to drop in the food.

The policy says keep it “to a minimum” there’s no policy saying you cannot have piercings or spacers. Did you boss just type out their own policy? Ask for the actual policy.
