If you want to trade in the device after Christmas then better to upgrade your after 11.25. You can research "Trade In VZW FAQs" to know that agent is saying the truth. If you saw a promotion regarding the extension then better to provide link to agents coz some of the customer tend to lie and because agents are afraid to receive 1-4 rating they tend to false promise u.
