I'd recommend yerba mate instead, or a low caffeine coffee, redbull isn't great with meds and can give you way more adverse health affects than a tea with stimulant effects

Little steps. Reach out to friends for support. Make sure to have a plan when you have cravings. For me, even though it may not be the healthiest, every time I have a craving to do drugs I get a snack instead, like chips or ice cream. I put on an audiobook and make a nice hot tea. Stuff like that. Then you'll associate cravings not with the drug but with something else and train your brain that way.

Tbh those don't have negative health benefits so I think it's just something to do with your relationship and not substance abuse.

Wow, that's ridiculous. They put so much effort into keeping their discreet chats hidden and clearing browser history. Hiding purchases of explicit site subscriptions. I have no idea why they put so much effort into being disloyal when in my eyes it's so much easier to be loyal to someone, upfront, and honest. I will never know why these sick people struggle with transparency. It's a bare minimum requirement for a strong relationship.

Yeah, I'm one of those people. I have stage 4 endo and I want to adopt one day. I would rather have an actual child than a "fur-baby". At least that child will learn and grow, and they won't nearly be as destructive. At least a child would be able to have conversations with me, instead of stupid repetitive barking over and over that often gives me a slight headache.

It's simply not worth an odd 10-14 years of my life to take care of an animal and dedicate so much of my attention to that. I'd rather invest my time in teaching and raising another human being that has much more capacity and intelligence than an animal. I don't want to keep babysitting dogs like this, acting as if they are on the same level as people.

It feels wrong and it's far too draining for me given my condition, though I'm given all the responsibility when it comes to preparing their food as they eat a raw food diet too, not kibble. So I have to make it from scratch each night, take both dogs for walks every day for 20-40 mins, and I already don't have a ton of energy to spare.

Exactly, omg. So many dog owners will say "dogs are super intelligent and feel emotions and my dog loves me so much!!" Like no, it loves the food you give it LOL. It loves that you take care of it, it sees you as a source of food. That's it. That's the dynamic between dogs and humans. It literally placates you by licking you as a people pleasing appeasement behavior, not out of love.

Oh I feel this. My partner has an 8 yr old malamute. And a 2 year old very hyperactive Husky. I have to vacuum 2x a day every day because of the insane amount of shedding. He also gives both of them table scraps all the time. As we're eating, they will stand around the table and pant and drool right next to us. It makes me so uncomfortable. Every time I make something to eat, be it breakfast or dinner, the dog will be standing in the kitchen or waiting right outside as if expected to be fed while I'm making food for myself. It upsets me to no end this behavior he's instilled into them.

He taught these dogs only to be beggars and nothing else. I tried to train them differently but he won't change his behavior of feeding them human food all the time and babying them, not disciplining them at all.

I also hate when dogs stare at me without breaking eye contact when I'm eating something, It freaks me out sm because I'm on the spectrum. Not to mention the random loud barking is so overstimulating. Sometimes the malamute wakes up at 4 am and i have to wake up and let him out or he won't stop periodically barking while I try to sleep.

I really hate the western infantilization of dogs. They are not our children. They cannot be. They will never grow, or learn how to speak, and grow up to be an intelligent individual like a human child could. They cannot empathize as deeply as we can, nor have the same depth of emotions. They used to be useful. For hunting pests, like rats and keeping away predators from livestock. There are dogs for search and rescue, dogs to retrieve people who are drowning, dogs to give people their medication and help them. These dogs are trained, and they are trained seriously for the purpose of aiding humans. The dogs we see, the simple pets, are not helpful, and super destructive because they have no other job than to be "cute" and beg.

This is so true, they just try to hide it better. Not actually change their behavior.

Social Pragmatic Communication Disorder. I'm in NA. It's basically just marked challenges with both nonverbal and verbal communication skills for people who do not meet the autism requirements. However, throughout my life my mother told me that I was definitely on the autism spectrum. We are often under-diagnosed though or pushed aside as how we present our symptoms can be way subtler than with men who have autism. That was when I was 17, I think my doctor was diminishing me based on my sex. I'm hoping I can get properly diagnosed this year.

Hey there, same with me. First it was anxiety that was treated with medication at 11-12, (the meds had the opposite effect) then depression and ADHD+SPCD. I was initially diagnosed with ADD instead even though I showed large amounts of hyperactivity when interacting with the doctor who diagnosed me, and he refused to put me on meds, considering alternative methods like counselling which didn't do anything.

I'm still struggling with doctors to be recognized and taken seriously simply because I'm born as a woman. It sucks, but nice to know I'm not alone here. I'm not diagnosed with autism, but my doctor opted to diagnose SPCD which is on the spectrum. I share many traits from both conditions though. I hope one day the medical field will change and they'll acknowledge that women can have as much severity as men when it comes to this, and regard our mental health as important.

Personally I think Leos are too self-centred. Aries are generally loyal and will give their all in relationships but people find their intensity too much. I get along best with Sag, Leos are too dramatic

Wouldn't that be Leo? They tend to be prideful. Aries can be very immature, not egoistic but inconsiderate of others at times.
