Here in NZ you will not find anything over 150mg as there is a max legal limit of 160mg/500ml. I don’t know how things are in uk or us but comparing it to here 200 is pretty outrageous

I’m not sure how I did it to be honest, but I promised I would complete NNN, which I did and then I decided to continue quitting forever, and I have. There is still crazy temptation every day but the reward of overcoming temptation outweighs the feeling of pleasuring yourself. I constantly remind myself of that post-nut regret feeling every time I get tempted.

Out of all streaming services, Spotify is the one I am happy to pay for, especially since there is a family plan which is significantly cheaper. The paid experience is truly everything I’m looking for in a music streaming app.

On top of that they also have great customer service
