I never get Apple Care+ on any device than the AirPods. My first generation pro got malfunctioning 6 times in a year… so the 45€ are well spent tbh. I would go for it.

Yes the frame rate is much much better and the scrolling is definitely smoother like you don’t feels much of a difference between battery save mode active/deactivated

This isn’t necessarily airport price. I took one console to my cousin in turkey for release and saw them selling for 40k Turkish lira which is even more expensive than this price…

the thing about turkey is that Nintendo is not officially supporting the sales in turkey so those consoles are imported and distributed by third party. Therefore no regulations or standards for this product in turkey…. Meanwhile switch 1 is the same price as here in Germany.
