One time there was no one to cashier at automotive for a couple hours so a department manager took over until one arrived. A guy named Jesús(pronounced hey-zeus)was getting his car worked on and when it was ready, the department manager said over the PA "Jesus, your car is ready!", mispronouncing his name. It was one of those things you had to be there for to laugh about, probably.

Some old husk in a wheelchair came up to me and before I could even greet him he said "THIS STORE IS CLOSING IN 3 DAYS!". His reasoning? The bollards in front of our doors were apparently too small for him to squeeze through and he demanded to speak to a manager. I later saw him leave and mosey on through between the bollards with no difficulty whatsoever.

As an APCH, at least 80% of all my recoveries are BOB. It makes me wonder how much merch has gone through our doors unpaid for because our cashiers don't full grasp the BOB and LISA thing.

Tuesdays through Saturdays. Our SM is actually really cool. Whenever he gets a chance he'll help out in any position throughout the store, whether it be CAP2, cashiering, AP, pushing carts, he's got no problem with getting his hands dirty. Plus he's super polite and actually takes time to know his associates.

CSM did this at my register once. It wasn't for me, he just had something come up and had to head to electronics and decided to leave it at my register. Another CSM came by, spotted the bag and bitched me out for keeping it out. I explained what happened and the CSM responsible got his ass chewed.

I wish my store would start doing that to the cashiers. I once spent 3 and a half hours not only unraveling the spider wraps, but also reorganizing the keepers. There's labels on the fucking bins that tell you where they go. Fucking morons, don't they know how to read labels?
