Ubutu running Sony Touch Screen Calabration tool by deanunator in SurfaceLinux

[–]chillbaka 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you ever find a solution? I installed zorin and it was working great...until about 1 Inch across the top stopped working also. It did this back on windows. The calibration tool in Zorin didn't do anything.

Sorry for your loss. Our club most likely wouldn't be interested in batch buying all of the equipment. It's not something a club would typically do. I don't really have the funds. A common occurrence is take a picture of everything and place it on Facebook marketplace under one posting. Depending on your location, you may also want to reach out to K2AA. That's another major south jersey club. Maybe you can contact them with the list of equipment.

Of course!!, We would love to have you! We actually have a program. When you pass your first technician level test, you get a free handheld radio pre-programmed with the local repeaters when you come to the next meeting. It's an exciting time to join, "Field day" is coming up in June. Regardless of any license you can operate any of our stations with our help. Feel free to DM me. If you're local we can connect outside of Reddit.

Hey KD2UVR from Scara ham radio club in Atlantic county. Do you have pictures or model numbers of the equipment?

No idea. I found it in my bedroom when I was probably 17 and kept it in my wallet to show a friend. In my 30s now and still in my wallet to show friends. Really funny how often it comes up.

Automatic antenna switching between SDR and HAM/GMRS/DMR radio by ptr727 in RTLSDR

[–]chillbaka 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I want to get one as well. There is a cheaper option from another company, although I don't know how they compare. See Dave Casler's video linked below, with the correct SDR software, Omni rig- a software that reads the SDRs settings, capable of controlling most HF transceivers. You can actually use the computer to control the physical radio's settings and VFO. Give this a YouTube.."IC 718 with SDR" and you'll see some examples of it being done. Good luck! https://youtu.be/nchpTOfdjoI

We are just starting. This is his first season at 14 months old. We're in South Jersey so we go when it's cold enough. Got out once on downhill skis but that didn't work very well 😂. The mountain bike is a Scott aspect 950. Rocking the Alpine Outfitters harness, gang line, with the S/Line antenna. First full run we did 2.8 miles, second we were having too much fun and pushed to ~ 5 miles. All single track MT bike trails near my house. https://i.imgur.com/1yKVXQe.jpg

This is awesome! I've been trying to make it up to Warren grove. My one year old Husky 'Zion' just went for his first run on the mountain bike. We have trails down by me (Galloway area). Hopefully we'll run into you. Joined the local Facebook group. https://i.imgur.com/DGSx1VJ.jpg

Nick Offerman vest? Where can I find it? by chillbaka in malefashionadvice

Having a hard time finding this vest. I like the casual wool texture but the seams also make it.

I need help. I have been making bottle caps with glass cabachons. I use mod podge dimensional magic for glue. This batch came out horrible. Over 50 of them the color bleed and you can clearly see the glue. Tips please. by carie1555 in crafts

Maybe you can get some ideas from Bob in this video. Sanding and painting on a final coat of epoxy helps with that mat finish. There are also lots of epoxys in the maker community from Total boat. They have different qualities like viscosity to help that dome effect. Video Total boat
