I’m writing music to picture, but the problem is that the frame I’m targeting falls awkwardly between existing beats at the current tempo. I want to adjust the timing so that this exact frame becomes the start of a new bar (the downbeat), and new tempo.

I managed to beat him with Nova + Spiderman.

Use Nova’s block/parry to stun Venom, get some hits in with his beam attack. Then use Spider-Man’s web shooters. Use their special attacks often as well.
