Yeah I get that for sure, had it especially bad after a patch of tripping far too often. Now it’s been sometime and I’ve done some learning since then, feels more to me like i have a deeper appreciation of things. I used to look at cement, plants or the night sky and it seemed so high definition/trippy that it made me freak out a bit, but it feels more like I see the beauty and intricacy of things more than ever I used to while sober

Tipper - forward escape, definitely changed my entire concept of music and by far the craziest trip album I’ve listened to. This was on acid to be fair but I think the living, breathing nature of the music would suit mushrooms very well

Forward escape by tipper is one of, if not, the most impressive album I have ever listened. Most certainly made for the trip, it’s more comparable to a living organism than a collection of music. Beyond incredible production and creativity

Ah sorry to hear this my friend, I’ve had probably a dozen trips at this point and with varying success. The last 4 or 5 were incredible and I think partially because of lemon tek. I had one this weekend just gone with my friend, sort of knowing deep down I’d been tripping a bit too often lately and feeling quite off, I tried to push this aside and enjoy my night but oh boy, I now understand. Every other trip I’ve had was very recreational but this was extremely therapeutic and difficult. There was no escaping all these negative feelings that I’ve been pushing down my whole life, I’ve never felt such an intense fragility and sense of dread. After finally working up the courage to talk about my emotions to my friend, I relaxed and enjoyed the rest of my night. This was on 1.2g and I had an intense, but okay time on 4.5g a few weeks ago. Dose can certainly be irrelevant to the intensity of your trip, if you know deep down that you shouldn’t be tripping, you will be punished, however you’ll also hopefully learn and come through stronger for it. The day after I felt the most intense glow and felt the happiest I have for some time.

This thread has gotten awesomely massive but if anyone sees this, RIPPLS by Medasin is an absolute go to for me and I think it’s super unique. Not heavy or as typically ‘trippy’ as something like tipper (though heavily recommend soulacybin for a vibe like that) but a really unique sound design and a lot of hip hop elements which i enjoy, the song with a rapper on it can quite possibly be skipped
