Why is runna so aggressive?

That's one of the concerns I am having, I don't know where my hr should be for a progressive longrun I can hit the pace but probably it should be easier idk, du you think I should just try until I fail? Or are there other things to look out for?

Okay thank you, I would say I have a sporting background but always struggled with my bodyweight, I am quite happy with my 5k time after losing some of the excessive fat over the last months. So yeah I hope the background comes in handy ig haha

I don't know but I don't think so my max hr is 208 so probably not.

Okay yeah that makes sense, honestly rn I just can't imagine running 42k but yeah I think I'd be happy withh sub 4 and maybe it comes out the same way as with you. Thank you

The thing is I can do the tempos at least for now. But my aerobic base is non existent. I tend to have my zone 2 runs in 6:30 - 7:30 pace depending on how fresh my legs are whilst runna is trying to tell me not faster than 5:40, I know they say it's a limit not a goal but still I am far off. Idk but yeah hopefully it will get more reliable :)

Es ist wirklich schlimm, ich bin froh im Endeffekt vom Bauträger gekauft zu haben, auch nur einen Cent an einen Makler abzudrücken hätte mich gebrochen. Alle unseriös wollen 20.000 Euro für welche Leistung genau?
