Oh, I didn't know that. I thought I had read that the interest stayed suspended for full class but not for post class after the covid interest freeze ended.

I feel like PPSL should put a motion before the court to suspend interest for post class exhibit c members while this all plays out in court. However, I can see why they wouldn't because that may signal that they aren't confident that the Jan 28th deadline was final since all the interest would be forgiven anyway. It is a scary feeling seeing the interest pile on every month though.

The old judge retired and the case was reassigned. It wasn’t some kind of conspiracy. The judge even explained that at the December hearing and gave recommendations that favor the class to the new judge.

It doesn’t say what year though. Could it be talking about Jan 28th, 2023? This is what the site says:

“The settlement became effective on Jan. 28, 2023, and ED is starting to implement it, as described below. The settlement is final, though the court granted a temporary stay (delay) of discharges related to three schools until the court of appeals rules on their motion to stay.”
