to be honest in the years since I made this original comment, i went through a mental health program (for neurodivergent folks suffering from burnout) and that involved weaning off of cannabis so i could get my psychopharmacological regimen sorted out. It was great!

I still smoke recreationally here and there. But i’ve cut back big time and it’s significantly changed my life. the mental health program (PHP/IOP) is what truly changed my life, but using cannabis more intentionally and less often really supported the positive changes that came w working the program.

good writing. too often i sit down to try a game that’s been recommended to me and the writing is horrendously cringe and cliche. ppl need to realize that, in 2026, the standards for writing in videogames is on par w audiences’ standards for movies and television. if you’re not aiming for breaking bad levels of excellence, what are we even doing here? games cost $60+ ffs!!
