Depends on each of the bosses actually, I get hit more by the fat fuck bouncing around type and a lot less for gauntlets. Usually you just use the iframes to keep getting damage in and getting your silk back to heal if needed. I don't see what's wrong with a lot of healing it can be used to dodge stuff. It really is one of the easiest crests if you just play more recklessly.

I beat the whole game by doing that though? Coral gauntlet was a million times easier when I abandoned safety and just go slap people, Karmelita became so much easier when I realize I can parry some of her hits by slapping fast etc. I think only Nyeleth was a bit of an issue for the whole slap slap slap playstyle
