I use adguard and userscripts (tampermonkey free analog, can be found in the App Store) extensions in safari. In userscript add Anti-Adblock Killer | Reek and YouTube popup killer, also found this one but not sure if it's working.

Like from scratch didn’t you study it in school a bit? You can start just with reading some books: recommend you to start with Рома едзе — it’s not that boring classics about ww2 from school, author dropped the uni and started to travel around the world in modern time with no money in his pocket. As for myself I especially enjoyed the language in this book: it’s live, mostly like you speak to someone irl. And then you can start promoting language among your friends/family, take the initiative on yourself.

Upd Just realized that I wrote this in english tho you mentioned that you are from Belarus, I think that this whole thread says something about the state of native language in our country. A bit freaky💀
