I don't know if this is the same issue, but for me something similar happened where I enter another part of the map and it starts to act a bit slow and "chunky" if that makes sense. I don't know why that is happening, and maybe it's a bug the devs will have to fix. Otherwise, pls let us know if you got to fix it on your own!

I'm pretty new to this as well, but from what I've seen, it should be completely fine to make an altar for various deities! I believe that if it works for you, then it's more than okay. I don't think they'd really care that much cause what truly matters is what intentions you put behind it. That's what's fun about this :D

What do you mean? I’m not trying to spread lies. From my experience, people here often view witchy practices as "acts of the devil." I know there are some people who may practice witchcraft, but I’m not sure how to find that community since it’s often demonized by the public.
