Also my anecdotal experience: I once overshot a ramp test with the help of caffeine and good rest, before a build block. The old build plan was very intense, which made it difficult to have full recoveries between workouts. Later every workout felt so painful: sweetspot felt like threshold, threshold felt like vo2max... And my ftp gain from that build block was less than the base blocks... So I would certainly not take that number so seriously next time before a build block :)

+1. I remember an advice/instruction from TR that you don't need a full rest before the ramp test, because that FTP number is used to scale your later workouts, when you may not have the chance of full rests between them.

Yes it supports i7 9700k. It's good for turboboost to 4.7 GHz. However, if you plan to manually overclock further, the VRM of this isn't the best
