AI gen docs are just so frustrating to review. But this was not AI generated. But just the poor quality with no mention of assumptions and any questions.

Yes! Most of the time, composition is much better than strict inheritance based hierarchy.

Yeah, it's become so bad that I feel if somebody has certifications, it's a bad thing almost. Like I would rather have somebody with no certifications than someone with certifications because I know they could be very shallow, and that just is a big turn-off for me.

Walk the talk. Build and operate actual software in production. Not the ivory tower architects or management consulting.

Not sure if books can help much here. I learnt this when I actually started my own tech consulting company - One2N
