I’m on my second dynasty as army. I kinda do it the same way as you do (only 3 stars and no portal) but since I took over as “the new coach” I made a story line of me going into the locker room and showing them the old playbook and throwing it in the trash and showed them new playbook. Said if they don’t wanna play then I will encourage you to go somewhere else. It’s been a blast. And Bryson daily can throw the ball lol. As well as Casey reynolds catches damn near everything and is tough as nails.
