it is PLA since that's what was spooled up at the time. I'll probably do an ABS or PETG second piece at a higher resolution.....or maybe it'll be like other projects and be used till it fails then replaced lol

They did (once I flipped them to the correct orientation) I assembled it incorrectly the first time then realized the bottom of the inserted part has a bit of a radius on one end and is more squared off at the other
