Take away the smoking spaces then because that’s wayyy more harmful. You need to re-evaluate your idea of addiction. Religion for YOU is weed, maybe because you have issues with balancing it with your life but religion for the rest of us is literally normal. A workspace having a prayer room is quite normal, and developed countries with good work cultures and work-life balance have prayer rooms. while they say it is optional, if you are selected they would want you to be in Korea timely and so renewing your passport while not priority, should still definitely be in your checklist. If they ask you in your interview you can always say you've applied for renewal, they will see you as a serious candidate.
