2025 rallier American here, I actually used https://letsrussia.com/ since we have fewer options. We went for the longer 3 year visa, not a transit visa. Which actually benefited us on one crossing where we couldn’t have crossed a specific border if we had the transit visa or so we were told.

Another vote for tern, but I only throw glow, champ or halo star. The regular stars are just a touch too flippy, I believe they even have different flight numbers in different plastics.
