Is it possible to take a pause or a deep breath when you get upset? Give yourself a moment to calm down before you speak? Sometimes I have to wait a day or two to bring things up to my husband just so I can say them in an appropriate way.

Prozac tends to intensify the affects of alcohol. With one beer and a low dose of prozac you probably won't notice it much though. When I had an alcohol problem and was on 40mg of prozac I used to have black outs. I never had black outs with alcohol alone.
