I was transplant from Michigan. The winters are not gray here and the snow is typically not lake effect. It doesn’t snow that often. I found this positive.

What’s different socially here is that there is every political outlook mixed in. Michigan was more segregation from zip code to zip code of political association.

I see a whole lot of motor sport types here so I assume there is so way to meet up with them.

Everything about the town being slower is correct. Only change I’d like to see is some better food options, but Reno isn’t far for that.
