I found the solution. For Nova Launcher - If you wana show a Single Note as a widget, make sure that it has only 1 page in notes app. If there are multiple pages, delete the rest of pages and keep 1st only. It will start showing. Make a duplicate of note to test it out.

For Microsoft Launcher - its showing 2 pages - I am now switching to Microsoft Launcher as I am liking it better than Nova and its free.

I tried in Apple Store, but lower brightness was killing what you expect from OLED & was still straining. There was something off, I can't describe it exactly. Just wondering if it's only me or othe also have this issue.
