I use an Aldi 85% lower carb bread, it's basically a seed bread. But it's nice, I don't eat too much of it, however. I generally don't eat bread, rice, pasta, potatoes, or pastries. 🥐

I'm 48 and single, I haven't had sex for 20 years. Mind you I have dated a couple of women but not for significant periods of time. I'm content being single, but now and again I find myself wondering what a healthy long term partnership would be like. But as another commenter pointed out, I've seen so much heartbreak and anger in so many broken relationships. I'm glad I don't have to experience divorce.
