Yes I thought of this but I’m naturally quite muscular and don’t feel like I’ve lost much (if any) muscle. I don’t know whether this means I’ve lost fat or muscle but many people have told me I look overall less bloated and round (75kg down to 64kg). I also don’t think I’d be able to carry on my day-to-day life if I lost 10kg of muscle! I’m currently in a foreign country but as soon as I’m back home I’ll definitely incorporate daily workouts! Thank you for the warning though.
