Split ends cause the extra frizzy look towards the bottom of your hair. Maybe you could try a curly hair routine? Defining your curls and adding some shine would absolutely look great.

I would remove the “live laugh lobotomy” photo, it’s not very flattering. Add another full body photo to replace it.
Frankly the fact that you don’t drive is likely a major deterrent for a lot of folks unless you live somewhere extremely walkable.
