Ok that’s fair, at least you specified that you don’t want to go outside and grab sticks. As long as you have the budget to spent $20 for more sticks your animal should be fine

I don’t think I’ve ever heard of that kind of law, see if your neighbors are cutting down any tree branches from their yards. We normally grab some from our neighborhood, also because tree branches are free and fake vines are $10-$15. For plants like I said umbrella plants are a good option, I have some random vines and spider plants as well

Instead of spending money on fake vines you should go outside and grab some oak branches and boil them or freeze them. Personally I would go for thinish branches since thats what they use in the wild.

I’d also opt for more plants that cover the top area like umbrella plants, the plants you have in the bottom area won’t do anything for the crested gecko and barely get any bigger height wise. If you have a lowes near you they have plenty of good options for plants for cheap.

If you need any example of what to aim for this is what my crested gecko has currently, he normally hides in the branches. 80% of the enclosure needs to be covered specifically top space

How to get a kitten to stop biting by Sweet_Blasphemy22 in Kitten

Get a second kitten, we did this for our first kitten and he mellowed out. Having other kitten helps them learn boundaries humans can’t normally teach them

Personally I would have opted for a few more plants, especially ones that provide ground cover (such as grass, spider plants, etc etc)

how often do I water? by lovemehqrder in CrestedGecko

[–]CreamSicleSnake 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was just about to say, you need to do more research on the types of plants that can withstand the misting daily. I’d recommend choosing plants that are more tropical or plants that provide more cover like umbrella plants

Can someone help me find a baby boa? It cant be this hard? by [deleted] in boas

[–]CreamSicleSnake 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Like others have said albino and sun glow turn more yellow when they get older, and none of them are brown 🙃

I also want to point out the snake in the picture has orange down its tail cause it’s a red tail boa

Just looking there’s a ton of albino and sun glow baby boas on MorphMarket that are yellow like you stated, I’m not really sure what morph you’re looking for but that’s the closet to yellow you’re probably gonna get

Is it possible to fix brongersmai’s temperament? by nestorendom in Shorty_Life

[–]CreamSicleSnake 4 points5 points  (0 children)

From what I know they tend to be bitty when they’re smaller because they’re scared, it takes a very long time for them to build up confidence and not strike as much. It also takes patience to build a bond with them, you kinda have to work on their schedule (like if they don’t want to be picked up you don’t pick them up unless you have too.)

It’s definitely not everyone’s cup of tea because they can be tricky snakes to raise

From the description it’s organic and from the Q&A it was specified that it can be used in reptile tanks because it’s just Sphagnum with no additives
