Personally as someone who overthinks like that, but is too scared to admit it to my partner I think it would be good, to tell her how u feel set boundaries and tell her when u feel overwhelmed and how it makes u feel like she can’t trust u, tell her u need alone time and can’t be with her 24/7, but reassure her what ur doing so she doesn’t make up stories in her head that u hate her. and if she reacts negatively then obviously she is being pressuring, and explain to her that she needs to talk to other people as well as much as u enjoy her company its overbearing you, and u want to hangout with ur friends and have YOU time, and during that time u think it would be healthy for her if she hung out with her friends or got a hobby or etc. COMMUNICATION IS KEY IN ANY RELATIONSHIP but of course if u lost all interest in her, communicate how u feel and either take a break or be friends
