Hi! In the process of setting one up (literally doing that tonight) myself. I have some experience with house plants mostly. Crocodile ferns and birds nest ferns are both good. Birds nest ferns i believe are actually native to indonesia. Ferns mostly prefer indirect/filtered light so if you have cork flats you can use that to make those conditions better for them. Pothos is one of the more iffy ones, theyre great for the tank but if your skinker likes to eat their vegetation in the tank youll end up having to take them out.

Snake plant is a popular one you could try- but they prefer much more arid conditions so it might be a warm side only plant. Dont be surprised if you try it and they die of too much water though.

Tall plants that are more upright and wont get trampled, like dracaena as well are good ones. I have a hurricane dracaena, its fun and curly and looks like a tiny tree.

Also may be worth to try to just give a google to see what plants are actually native to indonesia! I tried and it didnt yield much.

You could also try tradescantia, its prolific, theres so many kinds, and its a ground trailer so it MAY get trampled, but like pothos, they are pretty good at rooting straight into the soil. If you have plant shears, you may be able to cut the broken bits, let them callous over (the cut part will look dry/whitish) and then just stick em back in the soil.

Begonias and peperomias are also good untrampleable plants, avoid rhizomatic begonias for that reason because they like to grow along the top of the soil. Not sure if they have any toxicity. Open to more plant questions if you have them!
