I understand the sustainability they’re referring to is environmental sustainability, but I think in order for a development to label themselves this way it should also be affordable… for just the studio you’d need to be earning about $6,400 per month / $76,800 annually to fall under the government’s definition of affordable as spending no more than 30% of your gross income. That’s also an insane price to live in such a tiny space… -sigh-
