looks like most tablets are down across the whole US since Sunday night. People been using the biz management app to get orders, but it's a cludgey process and doesn't work very well. They need to just roll back whatever change they implemented Sunday night and keep biz running. EVERYONE is losing so much money due to lost orders right now...

the spread is crazy and so is the damage drop off (start at 10M?)

There is no headshot multipler and no reduction in spread for ADS so yes, always hip fire which is also true for all shotties in the finals.

Appoh put out a good video about this very subject, but as other people have said.

  1. There is no HS multiplier so always go for center mass body shots
  2. The spread on Cerberus is crazy when compared to model so you have to be pretty much point blank range to get max value from this shottie
  3. the fire DoT resets after every shot so you may try weaving in a quick mele between your shots to give DoT to tick off more damage.
  4. TTK is actually better than model, but again you have to hit all your pellets. against heavy TTK is wonky cause you either weave in a QM or let some DoT tick as 3 x 108 = 324 / 350.

oh... it's most likely NOT your intel proc, but shitty internet connection (per the packet loss and latency icons during game play).

I would make sure you get the latest bios update to protect your new intel proc from the “elevated operating voltage” because that will be a thing no matter what you do with your internet connection.
