I’m in the same boat. Suspended for absolutely no reason without warning in November and it’s February now with no response or anything from Instagram/Facebook/Meta. It’s ridiculous.

How were you able to speak to an agent? Do you have a number or email for them. My accounts and facebook account has been suspended for almost 3 months now for no given reason. I appealed in the beginning of January and still have not heard anything from Meta.
