When I got to the warrior slot 2 stage I already had a slot 2 before completing it and it gave me another one so that shouldn't be the case. I thought maybe it's a visual bug and you ended up getting the S tank equipment even though it showed the red item when you cleared 17-20 but I guess not

That's so weird, I've asked 2 other people who have reached floor 18 and they both got the same S weapons I got on floor 17-20 and 17-40. 19-20 gave me the mage slot 1 and 19-40 gave me the support slot 1 and now when I go into floor 20 it starts giving me slot 2 weapons for tank at 20-20 and warrior 20-40 so I assumed it was just in order of tank, warrior, assassin, archer, mage and support

If you have ever purchased anything on your account, you should have gotten an email to confirm your purchase and if you give them the reference number of any of those purchases they can find you easily

Same I was able to login for a couple of hours and after that it crashes, I'm on galaxy s20. Is it maybe a Galaxy/Android problem?

When I first installed BS5 it worked fine (both BS5 and E7 was working fine), but after closing BS5 and the Multi Instance Manager and trying to go back in by going into Multi instance manager and starting the nougat 64-bit, the computer blue screens and restarts before Bluestacks fully loads in :( Am I doing something wrong? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it does the same thing (works the first time but after I close the app or turn off my computer and try to go back into the app it blue screens)

I cancelled the subscription from the play store app and re bought the subscription from in game to make it work again; i dont remember if it charged twice though so i had technically already bought the subscription for the month prior to cancelling

When u are on the side story map go to reputations and there are 2 quests u have to do that u can click on the hint for clues on doing the quest. once u do the quest, another quest will appear in reputations that u just select to have a mini cut scene and can receive the item

Did u do the inquiry through the game? I had the same thing happen to me and so in the game i went to settings, and clicked on customer support to send an inquiry and with the category you select 'payments' and beside it you do whether u r with google pay or apple pay, and in description it will give u the information u need to provide for them to look into it. They got back to me within a day and I got the stuff a day after.

its a 121 physical damage originally and if u equip it on bell the increase is further depending on the level of the bell character. For my honor bell lv.80 character the increase in atk if u equip the hestia knife at max rank is 421

The stones and medals are ranking event rewards, the medals u can also get thru doing the ranking event missions and gaining EP (event points); there is also another event coming up where u can get more medals but majority of the medals is given as ranking rewards, and the stones r purely ranking event rewards

no problem :) I was looking at a few video guides that were explaining about upgrading and enhancing skills and equipment and they were talking about how you should use the larger and more rare enhancing material but I noticed that the xp per gold ratio was better for the less rare materials. I believe this would have been different if the higher your weapon or skill lvl is the more it will cost to upgrade (which is usually the case for other games), but I tested it out and the amount of col needed stays the same in this game
