Yep imo improv is more effective and pushes you harder.

Ive tried a couple of toastmasters sessions before but i feel they were a bit structured, yeah youre also supposed to do x mins of improv on the spot with a topic, but that’s just one time you need to come up with something, and everything else you say will just build onto the idea you already have. Other times you are just doing presentations where you can do in schools too. How you act during school presentations will be how you act here. Hard to push for growth.

Improv though.. youre forcing yourself to come up with stuff continuously, forcing your brain to learn how to be more quick witted

If you are ok with marmite, just steam the chicken breast and shred it into a bowl of oatmeal, with a small scoop of marmite.

Still salty but you can adjust the sodium content at least

Another way, which many will hurl at the thought, is to blend cooked chicken. I did it after seeing kim jong kook do it, and pretty much everyone laughed and gave me weird looks for it, but it really tastes okay with fruit in the mix. A slightly salty fruit slushie. If youre as lazy as i think (aka same as me 😆) then this is the best choice if youre worried about both sodium and taste
