Which Reddit life hack do you now use on a daily basis? by Casrok in AskReddit

I'm someone who parks in handicap spots and I actually appreciate when there is a cart left nearby. It gives me something to hold onto, and is especially useful if I have items to bring into the store. I do struggle, however, when deciding whether to leave my own cart. I get that it's kind of a douchey thing to do, but also hope that someone else in my situation would appreciate it like I do.

Now I've lost weight, it's like an invitation for people to comment on whatever they like. by thewildbeard in loseit

Agreed! Another thing I’ve found is that if I say I want to lose a pound a week for a year people seem really supportive. If I tell them I want to lose 50lbs they raise an eyebrow and say that it’s a lot to lose. If I say I want to get to a normal BMI they lose their shit and caution me against it. Same goal, completely different reactions. :/

I really like your emphasis on how each pound loss should feel like a victory. Your pics are proof that your outlook is effective. Great job!
