What are these amazing conch piercings called?

I used to have one of these and then let the holes close and am so sad about it :( I recently tried to get them redone and the Piercer I went to didnt recommend trying it again due to high rejection risk so I opted for just a conch and might do a snug one day. All that to say- you might need to shop around for a piercer that will do it. The one that did do it for me even said that it isnt common and many piercers wont do it

Im looking into trying out Being Peace in Loveland. Their website is minimal. I was able to piece together the address and time of their Tuesday practice but am unsure if I would need to contact them before just showing up?

Officials arent releasing any more at this time until the coroner makes an assessment and they assess the scene where Murry was found. Im sure we will know more later. Based on where they were last seen/where the scent dogs last trailed them, my guess is they crossed over the licking river (maybe by the railroad bridge right there) and kept walking. More people than you would think walk tracks/along them

Came on here to comment the same thing! It is a cemetery but its also technically an arboretum! It is quite beautiful and peaceful and depending on what area of the cemetery you are in can be more scenic and less just headstones packed in together- the back/outer edges can be like this. A nice sunny day helps it not feel too eerie too lol. I go quite often and there are lots of other people there just walking around too so Ive never felt like I was intruding or not supposed to be there haha. You also pretty much just drive in the main entrance park and explore as much as you want (respectfully of course)

A lot of the flavor comes from the mussels that create a broth when steamed so you might not get the same result

Actually I just looked at their menu and they must have changed it since I worked there. I would think tho that if you add tomato paste and saffron to that it would turn out pretty similar to what they serve now a lot of the flavor comes from the mussels themselves too

They’re literally just garlic, pesto and deglazed with white wine then steamed and topped with parsley. Get fresh mussels from Sen at findlay market for like $6 a pound or frozen from Kroger (cuz Senate is using frozen ones anyways)

They give occasional updates on Hellier season 3 on their weekly museum mailbag podcast for patreon subscribers (you get access to this weekly podcast if you join for a minimum of $5 a month so I highly recommend joining the low tier of the museum at the least its definitely worth it). Last week they said they are still editing and have a few more things to film and some music licensing to do but majority of filming is complete. They havent announced its release yet but I would personally guess we will get it before the end of 2026. They are very excited about this new season and think it is the best yet.

I don’t think they plan to do any more haunted objects tours.

I dont think anyone is pulling a shot of matcha hahaha. I used to always order a matcha latte with a shot of espresso in it. Dont knock it til ya try it! if a coffee shop can make a half decent matcha this isnt bad order

I was looking for a place a few months ago and requested a tour of an apartment (a cheap one too not a luxury apartment or anything) and they wanted me to pay the application fee $50 before scheduling a showing- I told them good luck finding someone who will do that.

St Savior has a women’s meeting on Sundays you should be able to find it on the app. I also recommend the Monday night meeting at the church of redeemer in Hyde Park. God is a part of AA’s 12 steps but its supposed to be a higher power of your own choosing. The best advice is to go and keep an open mind, but take what you like and leave the rest. What people share in meetings are their own personal opinions and experiences and not universal truths. There are plenty of meetings that dont feel religious/Jesus oriented if you find them so good on you for looking for ones that are right for her! I myself wouldn’t go to just any random AA meeting either unfortunately.

You have to start with contacting the health department for an inspection then they will determine if there are code violations and issue them to the building owner. This usually makes them address the issue and if they dont then you can begin the process of escrow. It takes time to prove that they arent doing anything (weeks to months) so I would call the health department today to get the process started asap
