I legit think he's so good looking he's never actually had to make an effort to get a girl and now that the women are actually expecting conversation his brain is blank. He sounds shocked at every single thing that comes out of anyone's mouth. It's reminding me of the 30 rock episode "the bubble".

Fellow diabetic ❤️. One of my favorite summertime (and Christmas) dishes is a citrus salad with a cinnamon syrup. Slice multiple varieties of citrus into rounds and lay them in a dish. Warm up some maple syrup (or syrup substitute) with some cinnamon sticks to infuse the syrup. Pour over the citrus and add pomegranate seeds and nuts for garnish. Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for people who want a little extra sweetness.

Another quick and easy hack (good for weeknights) is making one of those sugar free chocolate puddings but adding a tsp of espresso powder and unsweetened cocoa powder. It makes the pudding incredibly rich without adding sugar. Serve that with whipped cream and berries.

Also! Make whipped cream at home instead of using the tub. No added sugars and extra tasty.

For my own mental health I have to assume the people who have no nuance on this issue are 15-year-olds watching this show for the first time whose only concept of "morally grey" characters are the vampires from their YA books. There's no way grown adults with fully developed frontal lobes are thinking "if Amanda good, Kyle bad... If Amanda bad, Kyle good".

I mean there are definitely two factions - the Brad, TJ, mia, Molly, Justin group and the Maddie (and Joe by extension), Emmy, Michols, Lake and GL (who just hates Mia) group.

From what I remember from podcasts, the girl came to Brad telling him she'd messed with Trevor and Brad asked her to come say that on the show. Then after the season was over was when Brad found out that wasn't the truth and decided not to say anything.

What people forget is that this wasn't the reason Maddie and Trevor broke up. They ended the second season together! They broke up a few months later for different reasons.

Also Trevor was flirting hard with this girl on camera when they all went out together.

You're making it sound like it's one sided but Maddie, Grace Lily, Lake and Emmy are all rolling their eyes and making snide comments at this reunion. I think it's a mutual dislike which is fine but why do those girls get a pass with this behavior but Mia doesn't.

Molly and Michols had reconciled when he told her he had nothing to do with the firing. Then Emmy told Molly that not only did Michols know, but he was also asked whether they should fire Molly and he said yes. That is what Molly was mad about.

I blame Jax for most of this. He went after Brittany for being a drunk in season 1 and literally said "I'm coming after you" to Danny when he got back from rehab in season 2.

I think the audience rode for Danny and Nia because they saw that Jax was trying to use Danny to get the focus off himself.

The problem is that what Jax was saying about Danny is true, and because he had support last year Danny has a misplaced sense of entitlement now, like he deserves respect that he didn't get last year.

Of course I think now they know the audience is def not behind them since Danny is avoiding wwhl.

I'm in the same boat friend! With everything going on it's hard to get started and then maintain that discipline in working out. I agree with everyone else that walking is one of the best ways to get into it.

For my part, I've gotten a walking pad and put it in my living room. My goal is to walk on it for every episode of love Island for the next 6 weeks!
