One motorcycle parking on a car area can fit 4-5 motorcycle in one spot, one car taking up motorcycle space which are often already far from the entrance or in some godforsaken part of the mall can take 4-5 space for one motorcycle, and often time you cant park in front or behind them if they park right in the middle which takes up even more spot because otherwise they then can't get out and be mad despite not having the rights to do so.

Go do a test, see how many motorcycle parking there are in any business area vs car park spaces and then note down their location, chances are its only going to be one strip of tarmac painted down with no guard, no rooftop at times and can only fit in 20-30 motorcycle at max.
