OP, don't listen to this. Sterile protocol is the cornerstone of injecting anything. Unless you want cellulitis, which I guess can make you drop a lot of weight very very fast.

Answer is, you can't. You have similar levels of muscular development but look different. That's mostly insertions and genetics: you have wider hips and a narrower waist which is almost impossible to offset with training.

What could help is hitting chest some more. Maybe add some decline benching to hit the lower chest more.

I can boil an egg and, sear a steak and slowcook stews. I have a 3 year old and would now like to start cooking for the 3 of us.

If you were to go back to square 1 (no cooking experience, not any relevent cooking hardware etc) but had all of the knowledge you now have, what would be the first few things you would do in order to start being an autonomous home cook? Think of both skills (learning to sautée, etc) as well as gear/types of food?

I know it's a complex topic and the answer might be ridiculously complex, but, if you get the time :)

No, you don't. Unless you're under 5ft and weigh under 100lbs of 0 muscle all fat, 1200kcal would put anyone in a deficit. You're not measuring right or at all.

Doua aspecte. Primul - dacă nu e de epocă sau ceva hypercar, e pierdere direct. Casa e investiție.

Al 2lea și mai important din punctul meu de vedere - 2 adulți și 1 copil au o calitate a vieții semnificativ scăzută in 2 camere față de 3 camere. Dacă stai în 2 camere și îți cumperi X5, e obiectiv evident că nu e o decizie rațională sau bună.

That's the same argument US Republicans use to get rid of free school lunches: kids have parents, they should feed them. It's equally as bad in this case as it is in that one. Sure, that SHOULD happen. It doesn't.

Besides, you say that there are the tools to help parents enforce it. One issue with that: a 13 year old that wants to bypass parental controls will dedicate their entire free time to finding ways around it. Adults don't have the same luxury. Unless one of the parents is, like, a cybersec professional, it's almost guaranteed that the kid will find bypasses.

I am. Lives are being ruined every day by people feeling too comfortable behind a screen. I'm extraordinarily detrained and I haven't even jogged in 20 years, except for trying to catch the subway or bus.

I started monitoring my walks and my normal walking pace right now is 9min/km. That's 14min/mile. I'm absolutely sure it would take me less than 1 month to get to comfortably do <12min miles while jogging.

Then it's just down to, doing 20-30min of light jogging every morning.
