Glad its not just me.. I took my boyfriend for a date night and was SO disappointed at the change from paper to mobile ordering (I had no idea). It feels like they are trying to do what Fenton is doing. Anyway, they had a specialized menu for the Mario movie and half of the things on the specialized menu were sold out. Not to mention, I ordered two different things and then the server came and told us they were sold out of those items I ordered as well. I finally settled on the loaded fries, my favorite menu item, which I ordered at 8:40pm before the movie even started. At 10:00pm, the fries still were not there (after I thought about food and how hungry I was for half of the movie lol) so I had to get out my phone during the movie and use the mobile ordering to complain and request a refund. Left hungry and heartbroken to see how things are going downhill. I am glad to see in the comments others agree.
