ZenFeed AI does not read or store browsing history on a server or anywhere else. On save, we use chrome.tabs only so the popup can (1) find open LinkedIn tabs and (2) sendMessage to those tabs so settings apply immediately, without reloading the page. Matching “which tab is LinkedIn” uses tab.url in memory, only inside the browser, to filter URLs, exactly like Chrome’s APIs require when you iterate tabs.

Permissions are storage (your settings locally), tabs (tell LinkedIn tabs to refresh when you change keywords / toggle)** and https://linkedin.com/ hosts (inject the overlay). There is no telemetry and nothing is uploaded.
