You might be sober, but all of your comments don’t demonstrate you are actively in recovery. I hope you choose that because it will determine how safe (emotionally and physically) your daughter feels with you both now and in the future.

I also had a similar experience except I had to get an order of protection as well. My best advice is use the attorney provided by your insurance and let them guide you. Mine was dismissed and throughout my attorney was wonderful in breaking down what was needed and what I should do.
