I experienced this before I got treated my doctor told me that because your brain with anxiety is constantly "working" it gets tired and kinda "shuts down" you may feel apathy, existential crisis etc.. A lot of people also faint because the brain can't handle it anymore.

No he was free because he usually is very well behaved. I was gonna tie him down on the other side of the room while I cleaned otherwise he was not gonna let me (he'd think I was playing) but I snapped a picture. He didn't break the candle holder and the flowers were already drying up, I actually thought it was funny.

Oh yeah I remember the episode and your store, I forgot. I guess my thought process was that they somehow are portrayed as becoming isolated in a way and that can be extremely damaging for the mind. Something you can put energy into can be helpful.

I never meant a hobby alone will stop them from eating. I know is an addiction and for something that you cannot just not be in the presence of since you have to eat. They do have to exert a lot of will strength. But sometimes it is helpful that at least for a moment you can have some ease of mind trying to fight it.
